Technically, every badge on the Toyobarus is a Subaru badge. Underneath, the Scion badges are all stamped with Subaru logos. lol

Wheels and color are the obvious answers, but I wouldn’t consider those tiny changes.

Three things I can think of. De-badging, tint, and a good cleaning/detail.

With your handle placement, it could be a bi-fold rear door. That would be so incredibly impractical it would be comical.
